Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 10, 2026
WorkHorse FS LLC ("WorkHorse," "we," "us") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and working to apply relevant accessibility standards across our website (work-horse.org) and our web application (app.work-horse.org).
Our Goal
We aim to make WorkHorse conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Conformance with these guidelines is an ongoing effort. We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, and we do not claim full conformance at this time. We are actively working toward this goal and are committed to addressing accessibility barriers as they are identified.
Measures We Take
WorkHorse takes the following measures to support accessibility:
-
Accessibility is considered as part of our product design and development process.
-
We use semantic HTML, and our application is built with technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React) that are compatible with modern assistive technologies.
-
We review and improve keyboard navigability, color contrast, text sizing, and screen-reader compatibility on an ongoing basis.
-
We treat accessibility feedback from users as a priority and route it directly to our development team.
Compatibility
WorkHorse is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and with common assistive technologies. Some features may not perform optimally on outdated browsers or operating systems.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of WorkHorse may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations may include:
-
Some interactive elements (such as charts, drag-and-drop interfaces, and data visualizations) may not yet be fully operable by keyboard or fully described for screen readers.
-
Some third-party content or embedded services may not fully conform to accessibility standards, and their accessibility is outside our direct control.
-
Some form fields and dynamic content are still being improved for assistive-technology compatibility.
We are actively working to identify and address these and other accessibility issues. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please let us know.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of WorkHorse. If you experience any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
-
Email: support@work-horse.org
When contacting us, it helps if you describe the page or feature where you encountered the barrier and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.
Enforcement and Formal Options
We take your feedback seriously, and we encourage you to contact us first so we can work to resolve any issue directly. If you are not satisfied with our response, information about disability rights and options under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is available from the U.S. Department of Justice:
